LIVDOR 6 Month Results Commitment – Terms and Conditions

At LIVDOR we believe in supporting long term hair health through consistent use of our laser cap technology. If after completing six full months of using your LIVDOR Laser Cap as directed you do not see visible improvement, you may be eligible for a refund under our 6 Month Results Commitment.

This policy is in place to give you peace of mind and confidence in the product, while ensuring fairness and accountability for all customers.


Guarantee Period

You must use your LIVDOR Laser Cap for a full six months, starting from the date the product is received. Refund requests submitted before the six month period is complete will not be accepted.


Requirements for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under the Results Commitment, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Register your product within seven days of receiving it.
    Send your full name and order number to info@livdor.com with the subject line “Product Registration”.

  • Use your Laser Cap consistently.
    You must use the device for a minimum of 30 minutes per session, at least three times per week.
    You must maintain this routine for six consecutive months with no gaps in use.

  • Submit photographic evidence of your progress.
    You must take one clear photo each month, plus a final photo at the end of month six.
    Each photo must show the same scalp area in similar lighting.
    Each photo must include a handwritten note showing the date, clearly visible in the image.
    Email all photos to info@livdor.com as original, uncropped image files.

  • Submit your full claim within seven days of completing your six month programme.


What Happens Next

Once we receive your complete claim, our team will review your submission within ten working days.

If all conditions have been met and no visible improvement is observed, we will issue a refund minus a 25 percent processing and usage fee.

If all photographic documentation meets our criteria in full, we may choose to waive the 25 percent fee at our discretion.

We may request that the Laser Cap is returned in good working condition, along with all original accessories and packaging, before processing any refund.


Important Terms

  • This Results Commitment applies only to the LIVDOR Laser Cap.

  • It does not include consumables such as shampoo, conditioner, serum or gummies.
    However, we strongly recommend using these products alongside your cap to support scalp health and improve overall hair quality.

  • Only one refund claim is allowed per customer or household.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Claims that are submitted early, incomplete, or after the seven day claim window will not be accepted.

  • This guarantee is valid only for purchases made directly through livdor.com or from authorised partners.

  • LIVDOR reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated terms and conditions.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
